Our cementing trucks fitted with Class II truck chassis are featured by good mixing capabilities, evenly-mixed slurry and easy control. Deck parts include diesel engine, hydromechanical transmission, plunger pump, displacement tank, mixing system, manifolds system and operating control system. They can work independently, or together with other units.

      Power system: Detroit, Caterpillar or Cumins engine, Allison transmission;
      300HP and 600HP plunger pumps are available, and can be fitted with different sizes of plungers to meet different requirements for pressure and displacement;
      We can provide injection mixing system, tornado mixing system or ACM-III automatic mixing system to accommodate different needs;
      We have test rooms for cementing units. The run-in tests, high pressure tests, overpressure protection test will ensure safety operations.
